In the event that a course is cancelled, all impacted students and the course instructor are contacted by the CEHHS Office of Student Success by email and/or phone. Students are encouraged to schedule an advising appointment in order to select an alternate course. Tailored guidance is provided as needed to individual students based on their year in school, plan of study, DDC requirements impacted, and financial aid requirements. If there are graduating seniors who need the cancelled course every attempt will be made to grant an exception to allow them to take an acceptable alternate class in order to complete their degree without any unnecessary delay.
